A toy shop run by parents

HanSer is a toy and gift shop built around one simple idea: every toy should be safe, well made, and actually get played with.

We started in 2023 from a spare room in Coimbatore, frustrated by toys that broke in a week or arrived smelling of paint. Today we're a team of nine, most of us parents, and we still test every new toy at home with our own children before it goes on the site.

What we look for

• BIS certification and non-toxic, water-based finishes
• Wood, thick board and fabrics that survive being loved hard
• Toys that grow with a child, not ones that are forgotten by evening
• Indian makers wherever possible, including Channapatna artisans

Our promise

If a toy isn't right, send it back within 7 days and we'll refund you. If something breaks in normal play within 3 months, message us and we'll replace it.
