Common questions
When will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 2 pm ship the same day. Delivery takes 2–4 days in metro cities and 4–7 days elsewhere. Once it ships, we'll message you the courier and tracking number, and you can follow it on our tracking page.
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes, on orders up to ₹5,000 across India. A small COD handling fee applies; paying online is free.
How do returns work?
If something isn't right, tell us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a free pickup and refund you within 5–7 working days of receiving it. Personalised items can be returned only if damaged.
Can I send a gift directly to someone?
Yes. Enter their address at checkout, tick gift wrap and add your message. We never put prices inside gift parcels.
Are your toys safe for babies?
Every toy we sell carries BIS certification where required, and we list the right age on each product. Toys marked "All ages" have no small parts.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), all major credit and debit cards, net banking, wallets and cash on delivery. Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we never see your card details.
